Social Media

Social media, managed for you or automated.
Approved by you.

Two ways to keep your channels alive, with the same rule underneath: nothing goes out on your behalf without your yes.

Managed or automated: which is for me?

Managed: we plan, write, design and post for you, month after month, and report on it. For owners who want a person shaping every post.

Automated: posts are drafted in your voice from your own material, an article, a photo, a sentence you send, then you approve each one from your phone and the system publishes it on schedule. For owners who want to approve, not operate.

What stops it from embarrassing me?

A one-page facts file we draft for you: your services, the prices you publish, the area you serve, what you do not do. Before a post can be scheduled, a check compares every price, number, phone number and email in it with that file and with the article it links to, blocks banned words and repeats of the last three weeks, and confirms the link and the photo open. A post that fails is blocked with the reason. Each channel has a switch, so one change on your phone pauses everything.

Why does a small business’s social media go quiet when the owner gets busy?

What runs for us today

Our own channels run this way. An article goes on our blog; the same morning its posts go to Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, checked and approved first. Our news publication has published on schedule every day for months, and anything it cannot verify is held back and shown to a person instead of sent. Some of our customers now schedule their social media through the same automation: they approve, the system publishes.

Example. On October 19, 2026 we published an article and, the same day, its posts on all three of our channels, each with the article link and its own hashtags, logged in the sheet with the post links.

What’s included

Questions

What do I approve, and how?

Every post. It sits in a shared sheet with its text, photo and link; you type yes on your phone. No yes, no post. Once a kind of post has gone right many times, you can let it go out without a yes; we have not switched that on for anyone yet.

What if I send nothing some week?

Your input is optional. Posts are drafted from your website, your articles and your facts file. A photo or a sentence from your day goes into the next batch when you send one.

Which channels?

Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. Google Business Profile posts are written for you on request.
