Lexonia Group LLC publishes software tools (“Actors”) on the Apify platform (apify.com/lexonia): Audience Intel, Video Transcript & Translation (Video Lens), YouTube Search, Contact Details Scraper and Local Business Leads (Business Finder), including their Spanish and Portuguese editions. This section applies when you run one of them, directly on Apify or through an AI assistant connected to Apify.
What the tools collect. A tool receives only the input you give it for that run: a link, a search phrase, a place, a website address or a pasted text. It does not ask you to sign in to any account, and it does not collect your name, email, payment details or device information. Your Apify account and its billing are governed by Apify’s own privacy policy.
The YouTube API. YouTube Search and Video Lens read public YouTube data through YouTube API Services, under the YouTube API Services Terms of Service. They access only public information about videos, channels, playlists and comments as YouTube publishes it: titles, descriptions, view and like counts, publish dates, captions, comment text and the commenter’s public display name. They do not use YouTube sign-in and hold no access to your YouTube account, so there is no authorized user data to revoke. By using these tools you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). Google’s Privacy Policy applies to Google’s handling of that data: http://www.google.com/policies/privacy.
Other sources. Business Finder reads public business listings; Contact Details Scraper reads the public pages you point it to; Audience Intel and Video Lens may read public pages on TikTok, Bilibili, Douyin and Vimeo. Every result says which source it came from.
How the results are used, stored and shared. The results of a run are written to your own storage on the Apify platform, where they remain under Apify’s data retention rules for your plan (unnamed storages are deleted after your plan’s retention period, seven days by default) and are visible only to you. Lexonia does not keep a copy of your inputs or results after the run finishes, does not sell or share them, and does not use them to train any model. Some tools send a search phrase, a caption text or a business category to a third-party AI model provider (OpenAI or Anthropic) to translate or summarize it; those providers process it under their own API terms and do not retain it for training. Suppliers used to read public pages run on Lexonia’s own account and never receive your identity.
Cookies and devices. The tools place no cookies and access nothing on your device.
Your rights and contact. You can delete your run results at any time from your Apify storage. For questions or complaints about any tool, write to info@lexoniagroup.com.
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information you have submitted to us. To make a request, email us at info@lexoniagroup.com. We will respond within 30 days.
California residents may request information about our data practices under the CCPA. We do not sell personal information. Canadian users may contact us for information about our PIPEDA compliance.
Retention and deletion. Information you submit through this website (contact and booking forms) is kept for as long as we work with you and for up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted. Analytics cookie data is held by the provider for the period in its own policy. You can ask for earlier deletion at info@lexoniagroup.com and we act within 30 days.
You may opt out of future marketing emails at any time by replying “unsubscribe” or contacting us directly.
We may update this policy periodically. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance.
