AI Automation

AI assistants and automation:
the routine work, done inside your rules.

An assistant that does one job for your business, in your voice, under our watch, and reports to your phone. Inside your rules it works alone. Outside them, it waits for you.

What it can take off your hands

One example we are building now. A moving contractor gets Thumbtack leads while he is on a job. We are configuring Lexonia AI with his services, prices, service area and the way he writes, so a new lead gets a reply in his voice inside his rules, and anything outside them is handed to him. Setup is under way; nothing here is a result yet.

What it never does

It never touches money. It never poses as a person. It never publishes a claim it cannot verify. And nothing outward goes without your yes. These rules are enforced in the systems we run, not promised in a brochure.

What runs for us today

We run every one of these on our own businesses before we offer it. Our news publication has a hold-back gate: a figure it cannot trace to its source is cut, or the article is held for a person. A summary waits on our phone each morning: what ran overnight, what needs a decision, what it cost. Our own social media posts pass the same kind of check before they can be scheduled.

Questions

What is Lexonia AI?

Lexonia AI is our assistant for service businesses that get leads online. It is configured with your services, prices, availability and writing samples, replies to a new lead in your voice inside your rules, and hands anything unusual to you with the context.

Does it work with Thumbtack?

It is built for Thumbtack: a new lead gets a reply in your voice and pricing inside your rules, and anything out of area, over your limits or unusual is handed to you. Our first contractor setup is under way.

What happens when it is not sure?

It waits for you. Anything it cannot verify, and anything outside the rules you set, comes to your phone instead of going out.
