Effective September 2026 · Lexonia Group LLC, Eden Prairie, Minnesota · info@lexoniagroup.comThese terms apply when you run a software tool published by Lexonia Group LLC on the Apify platform (apify.com/lexonia): Audience Intel, Video Transcript & Translation (Video Lens), YouTube Search, Contact Details Scraper and Local Business Leads (Business Finder), in any language edition, directly on Apify or through an AI assistant connected to Apify. Your Apify account, payments and refunds are governed by Apify’s own terms; these terms cover the tools themselves.
Each tool takes the input you give it for one run and returns rows of public information: video details, transcripts, summaries and translations; creators who reach an audience, with their published contacts; business listings with published contacts and reviews; contact details published on a page you name. Prices are shown on each tool’s page and, where the tool offers an estimate, before anything is charged.
YouTube Search and Video Lens use YouTube API Services. By using them you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). Google’s Privacy Policy (http://www.google.com/policies/privacy) describes Google’s handling of the data. The tools read public YouTube data only; they never sign in to a YouTube account.
You use the results lawfully: no unsolicited bulk messaging where the law forbids it, no reselling of the raw data as a product, no use of another person’s contact details against that person’s stated wishes, and no attempt to identify private individuals. You are responsible for what you do with a contact the tool found. Where a source’s own terms limit reuse of its data, those limits apply to you.
A tool returns what the sources publish at the time of the run, labelled by source. Public data changes and can be wrong; a tool that finds nothing says so rather than guessing, and is not charged for a result it did not deliver. We do not promise that any result is complete, current or fit for a particular purpose.
Your inputs and results live in your own Apify storage, under Apify’s retention rules, and you can delete them at any time. Lexonia keeps no copy after the run finishes and never uses your inputs or results to train a model. Details are in our Privacy Policy (https://lexoniagroup.com/privacy).
We may change, price, pause or withdraw a tool at any time; a price change is announced on the tool’s page under Apify’s rules. Sources may block or change what they publish; when that stops a tool from delivering, the run says so.
To the extent the law allows, Lexonia’s liability for any run is limited to the amount you paid for that run. We are not liable for indirect loss, or for the accuracy of public data as published by its source.
